Your saved email templates inside the Gmail™ app on your phone; on a computer, the Chrome extension is the more comfortable way to work.
What the add-on does
Email Templates for Gmail™ by SideWorks brings your saved email templates into the Gmail™ app. Open the add-on while you are writing, search your library by name, preview the full text, and insert the template into your draft. You can also create, edit, delete, and reorder templates, and the add-on works in Gmail™ on a computer, on Android, and on iOS.
Your template library is the same one you use in the Chrome extension: sign in with the same Google account and your saved templates are already there.
Set up in four steps
The add-on is installed separately from the Chrome extension.

Open the installation page
Open the add-on’s listing in Google Workspace Marketplace and select Install.

Choose your Google account
Select the account you use in Gmail. Review the requested permissions and follow Google’s prompts to finish the installation.

Open the add-on from a draft
In the Gmail app, switch to the account you chose during installation. Start a reply or a new message, open the More options menu, and select SideWorks Templates.

Insert a saved template
Select a template to preview it, then tap Insert. Review the draft and send the email using Gmail’s Send button.
On your computer
At a desk, the Chrome extension is the more comfortable way to work: it has the complete set of features, including exporting your library and deleting your account.
The add-on itself also works in Gmail™ on a computer, where it opens in the side panel next to your draft.
