Use your templates on your phone
Choose a saved template and insert it into a reply or a new message in Gmail. Review the text, make any changes, and send it when you’re ready.
The add-on is installed separately from the Chrome extension.
To use your existing library, choose the same Google account you use to sync templates in the Chrome extension.
Set up in four steps

Open the installation page
Open the add-on’s listing in Google Workspace Marketplace and select Install.

Choose your Google account
Select the account you use in Gmail. Review the requested permissions and follow Google’s prompts to finish the installation.

Open the add-on from a draft
In the Gmail app, switch to the account you chose during installation. Start a reply or a new message, open the More options menu, and select SideWorks Templates.

Insert a saved template
Select a template to preview it, then tap Insert. Review the draft and send the email using Gmail’s Send button.
