SideWorks Templates Support

SideWorks Templates provides reusable plain-text email replies in Gmail through a Chrome extension and Gmail add-on.

Before contacting support

1. Open the extension's Options page.
2. Use Prepare export and save the JSON if your library is still available.
3. Record the visible error message and whether it occurred in Chrome or the Gmail add-on.
4. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, backup codes, access tokens, or payment information.

Do not include template content unless a support response explicitly asks for a specific example and you agree to share it.

Account and data controls

The Options page provides fresh export, sign-in, sign-out, and permanent account/library deletion. Deletion requires the exact confirmation phrase and a recent Google sign-in.
